About Andrea Lewis
I am dedicated to serving the people of Santa Barbara to achieving their health and wellness goals with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Many years ago I received acupuncture for the first time in an attempt to treat chronic pain. Following a few treatments my pain was eliminated and I gained a great appreciation for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After a ten year career as a massage therapist, I felt I was limited in helping people with their health problems so I decided to study Chinese Medicine. My study began at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine (SBCOM) where I completed the Masters degree program in 2006. I received my license by the state of California to practice Chinese Medicine in 2007.
I obtained my Massage Therapy Certification in 1996 at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. During my career as a health care provider, I have worked with professional athletes, medical clinics, chiropractic offices, and high end spas around the country.
